Challenge

SURF sought support for the application management of CyberSaveYourself, while the internal hosting department remained responsible for the infrastructure. The need was for:

• Second-line technical support for functional or technical issues
• Maintenance and monitoring of application stability
• Collaboration with internal hosting and SURF on incidents and optimizations

Our role

We were responsible for application management and second-line support, in close coordination with SURF and their internal hosting team. Our activities included:

• Analyzing and solving application problems
• Log analysis, troubleshooting and advising on improvements
• Guiding updates and functional adjustments
• Supporting SURF with technical questions and incident handling

Result

The platform remained stable and well-supported, with quick handling of disruptions and advice on further development. SURF could count on an involved technical partner who contributed to quality and continuity, without disrupting the internal hosting structure.
