The client

As part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, DICTU is one of the largest ICT service providers within the Dutch government. DICTU has a broad range of tasks ranging from apps for inspectors and systems for electronic procurement to digital counters for entrepreneurs.

The question

Within DICTU, the use of Confluence grew strongly, but this also led to fragmentation of information, unclear structure and lack of ownership per environment. There was a need for advice in the field of governance, setup and user support, without making the system too complex or cumbersome.

The approach

Tible provided hands-on support, strategic advice and concrete guidelines for optimizing Confluence as an intranet and collaboration environment. This included:

• Advice for restructuring content per department, project and theme
• Templates for uniform structure of pages and processes
• Training and guidance for space owners and key users
