IPS was active in multiple countries and sectors, but the digital environment was outdated and fragmented. There was a need for one powerful and central platform that aligns with IPS's international ambitions and seamlessly integrates with the existing back-office system.

Based on the concept and design of Squere Concepts, Tible developed a scalable, multilingual website with a conversion-focused candidate journey. The job module is linked to Mysolution's ATS, so that jobs are automatically loaded, enriched and presented.
