Do you want to combine Finance, Control, and IT in a role where your work truly matters? At Tible, we build innovative IT solutions that strengthen the circular economy. As we grow, we are professionalizing our internal processes and compliance frameworks including SOC 2 and ISO certifications. We are looking for 1-2 Finance & Control interns who want to actively contribute to this development.

About Tible

Tible is an IT company that helps organizations with their digital systems and software. It develops custom software, automates processes, and ensures that IT environments work securely, stably, and are well-integrated. Additionally, it provides advice, management, testing, and cybersecurity to support companies in their digital growth. Tible's goal is to make technology simpler and more human, so teams can work with it easily and effectively. In the Netherlands, Tible is responsible for important components of the deposit return system (DRS), such as counting, data processing, and reporting on collected packaging.

What will you do?

As a Finance & Control intern, you will help improve our organization from within. You will work at the intersection of finance, operations, and IT, directly contributing to compliance and process optimization. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation of SOC 2 controls and documentation.
• Contributing to ISO certification processes (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Mapping and improving financial and operational processes.
• Identifying risks and contributing to internal control measures.
• Supporting audits and gathering evidence.
• Contributing to reporting and compliance documentation.
• Collaborating with various teams (Finance, DevOps, Security).

You won't just be observing, you will actively contribute to real improvements within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic student who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and is eager to explore the circular economy.

• You are pursuing a HBO or university degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, or a comparable field.
• Affinity with risk management, auditing, or compliance.
• Interest in IT, security, or data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
