We recently reached an important milestone: we now have the ISAE 3402 type I certification. This certification confirms that our internal processes are professionally organized and function reliably. Not just on paper, but in daily practice. "Our platforms are mission critical. ISAE 3402 confirms that we take responsibility for reliability, controllability, and scalability," Hugo explains.
What makes this certification special is its breadth: it applies to our entire organization. From our platforms RVC and HAWK, to all teams responsible for development, DevOps, testing, security, HR, and support. No link in the chain is overlooked.
The foundation for this certification is our Integrated Management System (IMS), in which we work systematically according to international standards. We don't just look at today, but also anticipate future requirements. A good example is the requirements from the NIS2 directive, which we are already incorporating into our working methods, well before it becomes mandatory.
For clients and partners, this means concrete certainty. A copy of the ISAE 3402 report is available upon request, so they can verify for themselves how we have organized our processes.
Information security is non-negotiable for us. That's why we are already certified for ISO 27001, the international standard that demonstrates we secure client data and internal information in a structural, controllable manner.
In an era where data forms the core of DRS platforms, return systems, and chain integration, this is not a nice-to-have, but an absolute basic requirement. Our clients trust us not only with their technology, but also with their most sensitive information. We take that responsibility seriously.
We don't stop at security. We are currently working hard on implementing two additional certifications that further strengthen our professional service delivery:
ISO 9001 focuses on structural quality management and continuous improvement. This standard helps us consistently deliver high quality and systematically improve based on client feedback and internal analyses.
ISO 20000-1 concerns professional IT service management processes. With this certification, we demonstrate, among other things, that our service delivery processes are structured and predictable.
Both trajectories are in full swing and underscore our ambition to maintain the highest standards in all layers of the organization.
