In addition to our existing ISO 27001 certification for information security, we have recently achieved ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 20000-1 (service management). Three certifications that together confirm what Tible stands for: security, quality, and reliable service. But what do these certificates mean in practice? Not just marketing talk

Many companies claim to prioritize quality and security. But as a client, how can you be sure? External certification provides the assurance that you’re not just dealing with marketing talk. It means an independent party systematically checks whether processes, systems, and working methods meet international standards.

Our ISO certifications provide the confidence that there is...

  • ...independent verification. An external party checks whether we actually do what we say.
  • ...periodic reassessment. Certifications expire and must be renewed, meaning we continuously meet the requirements.
  • ...compliance with international standards. ISO norms are globally recognized—not self-defined quality measures.

  • ISO 9001: Quality Management We deliver what we promise. This certification verifies that our processes are structured to consistently deliver quality. From project management to development, from testing to delivery—every part of our work meets defined quality standards.
  • ISO 20000-1: Service Management Professional client communication and reliable service delivery. This standard focuses on how we deliver, manage, and improve our services. It’s about meeting agreements, maintaining transparent communication, and acting quickly when questions or issues arise.
