Your organization is growing, processes are becoming more complex, and before you know it, your systems are playing catch-up. In short: it is time for a new system. But where do you start? And how do you ensure all data transfers seamlessly, without the risk of data leaks or data loss? Let us guide you through real-world examples!
Choosing a new system is one thing, but making it connect with what you already have is another story. You want everything to keep working, for colleagues to switch over smoothly, and for the transition not to cost weeks of productivity.
Additionally, new software must work together with what you already possess. It sounds logical, but too often systems are built alongside each other instead of with each other. The result: double work, errors due to manual transfer, and user frustration. And that is exactly what you don't want. “We don't build patchwork solutions, but sustainable systems that deliver real value, for now and for tomorrow,” says Merijn Boom, founder of Tible.
At Tible, we build solutions that align with what is already there, grow with your organization, and are ready for what’s to come. We specialize in developing, implementing, and maintaining custom IT solutions. We don't build temporary fixes, but sustainable systems that deliver real value, for now and for tomorrow.
Curious how we work? Read about a few collaborations below where we show how we help organizations with smart, future-proof solutions.
New functionality without throwing existing systems overboard. We did this years ago for ABN AMRO Foundation (AAF). This initiative encouraged employees to actively participate in social initiatives. To roll this program out organization-wide, there was a need for an accessible, well-integrated digital solution within the existing and strictly secured internal system.
In collaboration with Bolts United (design), Tible handled the technical implementation of this system. The result: a user-friendly tool that employees actually use, because this system fit well with the daily digital working environment.
Managing deposits on billions of bottles and cans per year requires an efficient system that is scalable. Since 2011, we have been working with Statiegeld Nederland on the digitization of their complex logistics process. With the introduction of our HAWK platform in 2016, we developed a system that now processes more than 4.3 billion bottles and cans annually.
The HAWK platform connects thousands of stores, wholesalers, and depots, ensuring accurate counts, automatic reconciliation, error detection, and real-time reporting for all parties involved. A system on a national scale that processes millions of transactions daily without issues.
Our HAWK platform started as a system for deposits but proved perfectly adaptable for other sectors too. For the Menkehorst trade fairs (where various nurseries present their products), we developed an event app based on the HAWK platform, in collaboration with TSD.
This app helps visitors explore, compare, and order products directly. At the same time, suppliers get real-time insight into their orders. A platform that brings convenience to visitors and valuable data to participants.
As you can see: our development services reach far. Both in terms of execution and sector. But they have one thing in common: our approach.
Technology is only valuable if it solves a real problem. That’s why we first dive into your organization: what is going on and what do you want to achieve? We ensure we have this clearly defined.
We develop scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions that grow with your organization. No short sprints, but sustainable partnerships where we build systems that keep performing.
Our involvement doesn’t stop at delivery. From concept to implementation and further development: we stand by your side and provide support where needed.
